Advice please !
I do a speed session x 1 a week on treadmill as like to do a structured thing c time/distance/etc,,
I normally do 6 miles. Am i better off doing 1/2 miles as full pace then 1/2 mile recovery- OR one mile full pace and one mile recovery. I tried latter today and seemed ok. Not sure if i could shorten the recovery time at present though !
Any thoughts . I am training for the FLM so that is my goal. I usually do 16km/hr for full pace and recover at 13.5 km/hr.

Any ideas would be great
