Even sent Pseudo on a post marathon jog round the pub! What a star! Even Mrs Pseudo's getting into marathons. That's gotta be some encouragement for Mrs Shiva.
Well done everyone. Good to see some of you later in arvo at Frog+RoastBif. GuyW made me cross Paris all by myself from Bastille - was was easy. My name on back didnt help cos U woz all in front of me - c'est la vie. And no-one at RW banner by time I got there - booooooo!
Sounds like the pub was great fun, wish I could've stayed. Been back at school, the kids find it musing watching me limp around the classroom.
Mrs shiva is already planning her first marathon for next spring, maybe even Paris. Thanks Frankee, I think you've put her off the marathon des sables for the time being!
Thought it timely! My club is going to run a bus again for this event next year - they missed out this year, but did it in 2003 and 2004, and we're a thirsty lot - took over the Frog & Rosebif wholesale and drunk 'em dry.
..have done a few more 10 mile races since Harlow to maintain the tempo/speedwork, and got a busy racing month ahead - the next Paris reunion will be on Sunday week at the Cabbage Patch 10 in Twickenham - think half a dozen of us at the least will be there.
Couldn't believe I'd missed 200 posts on Paris socials - until I realised this continues last years!! Doh
Frankeee, CP10's been full for weeks - but if you were to flutter your eyelashes or whatever it takes at Guy, he's a Straggler & might have ways & means ;-)
Greetings one and all Great to hear from everyone , four weeks out from New York and feeling good , still tossing up whether to do Paris again , can anyone help me by getting a copy of Marathon News that has the London entry form and posting just the application out to me , or is it too late for the ballot entry for FLM Cheers gaza (Mal)
Coop, shame about CP10. Cardiff will be the one to break my PB. Only 6 weeks to the Ruunning Challenge in Lanzarote. Really looking forward to beating ALL my times.
How's life.... you still injured?
Tiger, wouldn't dream of influencing others to que jump..... I hear Guy's not so easy these days. Thanks for the suggestion though. Still wearing your Paris T shirt?
Frankee, I'm not injured, just full of beer/cider/spirits etc. But I'm plodding along. By the time Paris comes along I should be on course for a 2.07 marathon.

How've you been (since Harlow)?
I'm going to enter Paris regardless and see how I get on in the London ballot. If I get in then I will do both!
How's it going?
not bad. Am off to Cardiff this weekend for my next half marathon. Waht're you up to?
Snoop,
can you enter on the day? Need to check if I'm working.
Done your 1hr 30 half yet?
