I stopped smoking last July and haven't looked back since. I now need to give up chewing gum as its costing me a fortune and my jaw looks like Arnie's (its getting som much exercise).
Does anyone have experience of giving up? Has Allen Carr written a book that might help me? What withdrawal systems can I expect?

It's just a matter of monitoring yourself. Only chew a piece of gun for say, 10 minutes then get rid of it. Then don't have another one for 2hours or something. You get the fresh minty taste still, but you won't get jaw-ache!
