Well, tonight was the first run for me after breaking my leg, and I really enjoyed it.
Thanks to all you guys posting good threads and keeping me interested in running, even if I wasn't able to do the 'r*n' thing.
I just about managed 4 miles in just under 33 minutes, so there's improvements to be made, but I'm very happy.
Leg felt stiff to begin with - but is feeling great now.
Bit cold out there though - where did our Indian Summer go ??

5 miler tonight - but my circuit is 2 miles long, so it'll probably end up as a 6 miler.
Leg feels great today - no soreness at all.
Now take it gently!
Another 4 miler tonight and that was Ok - slightly easier and quicker - now for 2 party nights in a row, and back to it at the weekend.
