How do you get rid of it?

Does anyone know of a guide to back exercises?

    there are peeps who know much more about this than me
    But pilates is brilliant for core stability and hence preventing back pain
    i have lived with mine for 20 years

    Go on training and ask hilly
  • Pilates absolutely - ditto for Yoga. One session per week will see some improvement.
