Looking at the results there where several stellar performances, including fellow hasher Peter Wall (hash handle of Compost) who improved 7 minutes. Out of 55 repeat runners 20 improved there times, the race conditions this year with the wind most likely accounted for the extra time. If you haven't hear of hashing advise you see the Malvern Hash site http://www.malvernhash.org.uk/, a nice fast hash that you can use for training for all abilities. (Also hashing is good for a nice night out at the pub after the run).
You missed the amazing night of food and drink supplied by the Neil (The Amature), who also organized the hash trail. Brillant hilly run with a nice BBQ.
If anybody is intrested in a good run and socializing afterwards, then hashing is the key. (I can recommend the Malvern Hash or GG's)...
Not sure why the times were down on last year. The winner said he was slower, but put that down to having nobody pushing him. Two other things, We had to stop some runners for a very short time at the road crossing (much much less than 60 secs) There is now a permanent fence on the final straight into the park, so course has an added little 'kink', but probably only adds a few seconds.

Dossa, I will have to come to the next local Hash as it seems like I'm missing alot.
Matt, I can remember having that mini hurdle last year. I was worried I wouldn't clear it.
I went underneath the hurdle last year
