Calling all Team 4 bods

in Spring Marathon
Could you update your details, ie race number, ETA and requirements here. Perhaps the other supporters, - Mr Kerzo, Honeychild and Mr Jenny G could say what they are bringing so that we don't double up!

Mr CdK and Co will supply the Jelly Babies, Jaffa Cakes the Signpost and some hugs!!

We will bring the other requests if necessary, but if anyone wants bananas they may have to take pot luck as we are travelling up by train on the Friday!!!

    Morning Gang! Just over a week to go!

    I am going to get most of the shopping in today - it looks like mostly jelly babies and biccies of some description.

    If Mr Kerzo could breing along the choccies like milky way and mars bars I would be extremely grateful.

    Wabbit - nice to see you which start are you at? It looks as if we may be quite evenly paced so I may spot you in the crowd!!

    Perhaps we could use this thread this week to support each other through the last minute doubts, niggles and terrors!!

    Well I have decided this morning that I am done ,tapered ,finished that's it no more!I do not want to risk any silly niggles for the 1st time in 6 weeks I think that I am now injury free so I will do no more .Just a couple of nice relaxing long walks with with the hound this weekend just so that I can stretch my legs!
    I honestly did not think that I would be going to my 1st FLM injury free!Very Happy!

    Hard to believe that this time next week I will probably be setting out for London (have to register on Saturday unfortunately - anyone else likely to be there?) Have started making packing lists now.
    Shortish gentle run planned for tomorrow, then I have a massage in the afternoon.

    I am quite happy to supply the jelly babies etc. In return, you can either buy us a drink at the Thistle (if you can wait around long enough for me that is), or you could visit my justgiving website ;0))


    It's just any bananas and melty type chocolate I am a bit nervous about carrying from South Wales on the Friday!!! I don't think they would be particularly edible by Sunday :-]

    Mr Kerzo will be happy to bring the choccy, he's usually very good so probably won't eat all of it. I might just buy him a pack of sweeties to keep him going.

    Di D am also registering on Sat as I am at school on Friday. Will probably be there early afternoon.

    As I am a first timer can anyone tell me if I am likely to be able to walk on Monday? If not my Y9s will find it hilarious.
