It's a huge relief to know that there will be friendy faces at the start and during the race. I'm not sure I would get round otherwise.

I was trying to convince my friend the other day that finishing the race under 4 hours would mean that I couldn't take the time to enjoy all that was going on around me!
It's a grand day out and it'd be a shame to rush it and miss everything ;o)
