KorsaKing's Training Blog
Just to let anyone who may be interested know, I'm now whacking my daily training, and my occasional racing exploits onto a weBLOG. Thanks for your time
Haven't seen you posting for a very long time! What sort of times are you running and what distances.
Hi Drew, it has been a while indeed!
Times etc as below mate:
10 Mile: 56:43
1/2 Marathon: 73:42
major improvements since you were posting last. If I remember correctly you had a few injury problems. What did you do to improve so rapidly?
I got a coach! Seriously, the difference is now I actually get easy sessions & I'm much more progressive with my build-up. The knee trouble was a product of a poorly constructed training regime, unfortunately the compartment syndrome I later developed was unavoidable. Had the op though & I am A-OK!
