Printed out the Sub-3:45 schedule (as I'm preparing for the Paris Marathon) and noticed that the first 2 interval sessions are at 13.5 to 14.5kph (c7min miling). This seems about right: tough but about right. However most of the other interval sessions seem to be at about 8min miling even though the intervals are shorter.
Sounds a bit slow to me. Can it be right?
