New on the site are the results for 2004. If you click on a person's name, it shows their splits, category place etc. Ok obviously I am a novice but thought I would pass on the info :-)
Caz - the guy at work also gave me laods of supplement mags as hes a body builder. Theres loads of other vits, engergy bars and stuff like that in, i'll pop em over.
I'd be carful though as he took too many different ones causing himself a Kidney stones.....!

Training certainly has begun, I did the Potters arf on Sunday. It was cold and windy at the start and you either were running up ( two sizeable climbs) or down, so a tough course. Finished with a time of 1hr 44.45 so pleased on amount of training beforehand and of course there are no hills in Amsterdam.
aw gawd what the bloody hell have I let myself infor ?? I don't think I'm cut out for this running thing !! I also have started my training program of a sort although doubled todays mileage so making up for it with a bottle of wine and a chinese takeaway .not got a rest day till friday so I will have to make the most of the night time . RC did you make that appointment ???

Day 2 gone well, am exceeding the schedule heavily although yet again I seem to have this allergy to the speed sessions it suggests :-)
Think after tonights run I have secured the world record for largest knee circumfrance :-)
I'm only smiling cos I've had a couple of drinks and a nice evening. Really I'm like this :-/ about my knee, training and the marathon generally. Who knows it might all get better on tomorrows run though :-)
she would go down in my estimation if she did Juicer :-) Twiglets it is then RC I was scheduled for a 5 mile easy tonight but found it to be a 6ish brisk doh !!supposed to be four miles steady tomorrow but I know we have a MOTHER of hilly speed session planned :-(

First week prep-running gone ok. Completed 4 runs in a row by a combination of logistical nightmaredom and completely ignoring all niggles and injuries. Hooray!!
Hello you lot, We have just signed for the half - so excited. Looking at hotels now... We will do the RW program - starting 25th July... :-) Cannot wait!!!!
Welcome Kasia - think our training will start around end July too! Too much going on at present. Is anyone going in facy dress? Or are we all a bit more serious?!! I may carry a HUGE flag of St George - just so everyone knows where we're from, POPPY i expect you do carry leek, daffodil, fluffy sheep and fly the flag too!
Hate to be a boring stick in the mud, but no fancy dress for me! Am going to try to get as near 3:30 as pos so shall carry/wear only essential items such as filled wine rack, twiglets and maybe some bombat mix ;-) Show Amsterdam how to have a good time :-)

I was thinking to try to find a vest with the welsh flag on it but can't find anything I can find England and Scotland but nothing for me;-(
