On a lighter note, I'm reading an exceptionally good book at the moment - Engleby by Sebastian Faulkes. More than halfway through it and very much enjoying it.
I nearly bought that the other week ST but I've 3 unread books here already so decided to wait until they''re finished. I'm on Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult .... good so far.
I actually wanted Chelsea to win ..... but don't tell LB Man U / Chelsea final would be grand for me.
TP, I've read 19 minutes - very good, I thought. I've got that Lionel Shriver you loaned me to read, also the new Patricial Cornwell, a new Torey Hayden, Two Caravans (put that to one side but must finish it) and an Iain Banks one which promises to be rather good.
Oh TP, apparently there's a theme for the Moon Walk and it's Bollywood meets Rock and Roll, which might put your suggestion for my bra decor in doubt :-/
I have no idea re the bra decoration, other than maybe a belly dancer theme? All this work I'm doing on my abs at the gym had better pay off, I tell you! The thought of exposing my midriff flab to public ridicule and scorn in a month's time is a great incentive to do those ab crunches, I can tell you!

Oh that is sad ST. Poor Maddy. She's not had an easy time recently has she.
<passes 2nd box of tissues to LB>
Now you know it's not over until the fat lady sings ...... but I think I hear her clearing her throat
I don't hate Chelsea (but don't let LB know or she'll brain me!)
We've just been pondering the fragility of life and how some things put our own little grumbles and petty moans into perspective.

I had a sports massage today and was advised against rocking and rolling for the next couple of days to let my ankle recover.
I'll just sit on the sideline and enjoy the show
<waits expectantly>
Mr Big, what music would you like?
<finger hovers over juke box>
Night Loon.
I've always about a 4 book queue but decided not to add to it .... well until the next time I pass Waterstones
Man U / Chelski final?
I'd hope they both lose......
Ponders - Would I like a massage and a book to read ???
Anyone for a drink whilst we set tonights music up ?
I think more Krug, don't you?
<replenishes everyone's glass>
LB, I'd go for Chelsea over Man U every time.
How do you decorate a bra in a Bollywood or Rock and Roll style. That would tax even my fancy dress brain.
Nice cup of cocoa for mr Mr Big. Sleepless night last night thanks to inconsiderate muppets so early night definitely in order.
Music tonight will be....................80s again and we shall start with some Frankie and Two Tribes.
Bollywood sounds Hot ladies, so don't Rock n Roll too much !
Glares
To be fair I didn't even know they were playing, but the scummy Manc wot I was brought up as feels she ought to
There, that's the sulking over with
Any more Krug?
