Did you run FLM for St John Ambulance?
Do you have a fund-raising web-page?
I decided a couple of years ago that I'd give SJA a donation every year on my birthday and, so far, I've never needed to use their services. I look at how many miles I've done in the year n races where SJA were in attendance and pay accordingly.
Post your details on here and I'll choose.

No problem, I'll do it direct to SJA.
Just come across your message. I ran for SJA and set up my details on the just giving website (link below). The total on the website looks a bit sick but raised most of the money on the traditional form (around £1800 to date). Still the £100 or so raised via the web link was a bonus. Completed the marathon in 3:58, just within my target of 4hrs. Any donations would be gratefully received.

Thanks for boinging the thread. Good luck with your training.
LISTEN UP, EVERYONE!!!!!
This year I'll be choosing the lucky person on my birthday, 13th April, ten days before FLM.
Happy running!

So we're all waiting for Winnie and Eeyore now....
Not sure which one you are (but don't tell the others I said that!). Glad the training's going ok. I went on Fod training camp a couple fo years ago - good fun and good food.

You will have mail soon - nothing sinister, I just don't much like putting my details on here too often.
Can't email you. You can email me if you want. Not desperately important really.
You have email.

Anyone else?
I am an eeyore fan, does that count?

hope everyone's training is going good!
How's the training going?
It is an absolute nightmare! Am really struggling at the mo as seem to have lost all my power. was taken out by a nasty virus that seems to have been lingering since christmas, but stopped me running for 2-3weeks end of feb/beginnning of March. Am trying to get back on track but it has been a right struggle! every single run is extremely hard at the mo, but am determined to make it to the start on the 23rd! at least i can still remember that i used to enjoy running and that helps a little!
phew, rant mode off!
You're not the only one - I know several people who feel the same. Fortunately I'm not doing London this year.
Relax and enjoy it!
Must remind K3 to book a table.
