A new Horwillian...

Just for anyone following the Horwillian's on the board, as on Sun 22nd, I shall be mostly following a Frank Horwill XC/10km type schedule. For reference look at the articles 'shaping up for the 10km challenge' & Blueprint for XC success. I hope I know what I'm letting myself in for! Hopefully it'll allow me to capitalize on my actual short distance potential, which to date hasn't been up to my longer distance performance, fingers crossed!
