My 16 week schedule didn't start, but if I stick to it from this week - I can follow my RW 14-week schedule for Connemara.
What: About half a mile hilly run at lunchtime Why: Tight schedule this evening, need to fit it in now
Last hard: Still not pushing the achilles too much but sneaked up to 40 minutes on Saturday Last rest: Yesterday (if you can call the pre-Christmas relatives dash restful)
What: 6 mile hilly Why: coz its monday Last hard: 8 mile hilly Friday Last rest: Saturday, Sunday.
Got a head cold at the mo so wasnt sure whether to run or not today, not running again till Friday so I ran and did a PB, 51 mins, cold seems a bit better (I hope)
What: 1.5 miles. Why: Because I've got to go to work at 2 pm till 10 pm today, then I'm back 6 am till 2 pm tommorrow. I didn't want to run too far this morning, otherwise I would have been too knackered at work this afternoon.
What: 5 miles steady with hills. Why: tired because of 12 miles yesterday and having written on this forum about how much energy I had (famous last words again) Last rest: Saturday Last hard: yesterday.

Hi everybody, What : 10mins x-trainer,abds & work on upper body only Why : because I am a silly girl,yesterday supposed to run 70 mins but did 80 mins & now my legs hurt...!

nobody seems to have time today!
what: track, 8 x 200m (avg 30 seconds/lap) with 200m recovery jog in 1.5 minutes. then some high knees, bum kicks and 5 x 60m.
why: because it's what the coach says(and everybody knows he's the man)
well, still got to buy my dads chrissy prez, what do i get him? answers on a postcard.............
