I had my appendix out on Saturday. Naturally this has put a stop on my running activities. I was just revving up to around 50-60miles a week in preparation for some serious training for London.

Question is, does anyone out there have any advice on rehabilitation, recovery time etc? The incision I had is about 1.5 inches long. Still very sore


  • dunno.... give it a good 2 weeks before you start then if it seems ok build up pretty quickly depending on how it feels???
