I'm good but had a nightmare last 20 hours or so. My bike got wet.

It's still a bit niggley but I can plod along with it ok and I'm doing all the exercises I was told to do, so hopefully one day it'll be niggleless.
Gaz are you still living in a suitcase all the time with the Dublin thing? ((hugs))
Small niggles happen it's more excuse to drink wine in the bath with a good book.
I've only had 2 baths since living in this house and both times my back was too painful to really enjoy it.
I actually had to dust the bath last week. It was full of cobwebs from lack of use.
I'm here for 3 months, til end of July. Living with sister in law so have all home comforts

Hope you're on some decent drugs then Small, back pain is such a 'pain' My OH suffers due to degenerated discs and is on dihydrocodeine 3x a day. It helps but still aches
Ughh, your poor OH, Gaz.
I was given solpadol which has codeine in it but it made me very sick. 
I don't take any pain killers now though.
First of our 4 passport renewals has arrived. It's Tall's. Big and I need ours for October when we are off to 'Barthalona
' to do the Marató del Mediterrani, or half of it at least.
