I managed to hit 20 minute 5k, then the wheels feel of big style.
I think I drunk too much fluid in error.

Sweetie did great by the way... not having thought she would be able to run so she did a hilly 8 mile on the Saturday. A tadge on the tired slow side (63 min) - a new PW!, but all good miles in the bank!

No need to keep it quiet anyway; you had a fantastic run given the circumstances (did I mention the hilly 8 miler on the day before and the hurried change into race kit inutes before the start..) - I for one am very porud of you:))
