I'm pregnant and due to health problems am not allowed to do high impact exercise, but I had already signed up for the Race For Life. I do it every year and never plan on even aiming at a PB as the courses are so packed and it's about the event not the speed so imagine my surprise when, as a walker, I got a PB!! LOL My running PB since my hit my 30's is 28 mins 1 sec (including a stop to tie a shoe lace!!) and I walked it in 42 minutes!! I'm pretty pleased with that *grin*
Let's aim for nearer 28 minutes next year though!
