I am in training for the flm and looking to do 3hrs 45 mins. I take all the normal vitamins, watch my diet run four times a week etc. However some friends have told me to use creatin. I was under the impresion that this was just for weight training. Can I use it is it safe?

Personally, I have found no benefit from it for marathon training, but buying it does reduce the weight of your wallet, so that may help you go faster.
thing is you wouldn't know if it was going to help or not without giving it a reasonable trial yourself
- best taken in a preparation with glucose,
- and dont overdo dosage
