Yes the plan would be to ride continuously. You'll need to stop to get more water but just a quick pick up stop rather then tea and cakes!
But it really is up to people to do whatever they want. I never stop on my rides cause I just get cold and would much rather finish the ride and have my tea and cake as recovery.
It will be slow so I anticipate with all your training youll have no trouble with 5 hours providing you eat during the ride (ill remind you dont worry).
Just checked the weather, weekend temperature looks good, 6 - 10 degrees?, light rain forecast for most of weekend so we're going to get wet I imagine, wind is strong on Sat but easing on Sunday.
Lindi if you Bike Ponce could get me 10 or so id pay him anything, theyre like cold dust to me.

We'll be brining Debbo some cleat covers, (Sorry Ferret they don't have them to fit your cleats.)
What food do i need to bring?
All meals are provided so you just need to bring whatever you need to eat between meals - energy bars, energy drink etc

I'm bringing a turbo(and spare skewer) spare wheels, toolset, two tubes and two gas cannisters, track pump and mini pump, spare gloves too and my laptop also.
