Great stuff Mick'n'Phil (0: Saw you flying around before MK Half in July & was gutted when you had wheelchair problems. Didn't get chance to chat then, but last spoke to you both(and your wife) at Draycote. All the best for the future-look forward to seeing you at Abingdon xx
I have been passed by MicknPhil on a number of occasions and been deeply impressed by them - even more so now that I have read their story. My little niece has severe cerebral palsy from brain damage during birth and I'm sure this story will be a great inspiration for my brother. I'll be dontating tonight.
you do all realise that with a light-weight wheelchair, they'll be flying past us on the hills as well :-)
all the very best to both of you, mick and phil. my mum, dad, husband and i had a good chat with you after the vale of pewsey half on phillip's birthday when he was in the process of demolishing a boot-full of food.
I think the money won't be long coming. Doubt it would be ready for Abingdon, but I am sure loads of people would love to see you and Phil when you go out for your first race with it.
Come on Mick - time to get the ball rolling with the chair then you can name your debut race and watch the entries fill up (as long as it's not one of Hipps ultras).
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

How long will it take then to make the chair?
