ginntonix i run1m/walked2m for half hour non stop from 00:00 to 00:30 ( i got bored of sitting on my arse) it was only up and down my nans front room but thats still better than nothing and i felt good after as well.

you mentioned that you are dieting and loosing weight and that is great - I complety identefy with you...
i also want to start working out a little (running would be great but walking would work as well)
being a shopping type of girl i decided to take a different aproach and to motivate myself by getting some great running shoesgood advise on running shoes
so if you need some more motivation - run of to the shops....

1) open door
2) go for a run
3) finish at the bottom of the hill
3) walk back up the hill to your door as your warm down at the end
