Knee still a bit funky these days, but not sore. Need to make physio appt to get it sorted. Back running and cycling (albeit very unfitly and slowly, and more than a bit painfully), but it's working.
The hill on Sunday was fantastic - no aches or pains at the end of it at all.
How you doing on the bike - not crashed into anything (serious) yet?
