The possibility of a job with Sweatshop has arisen. Any info on Hugh Brasher and the company would be greatly appreciated. ie what are they like to work for, financially sound, etc.
The job sounds good as I would get to go to various marathon expos, and race meets to work.

Have been around for years - have slowly expanded and have a realy good reputation in a niche market and run by runners - go for it

I don't know about working for them but their online sales have taken a lot of criticism through these trhreads

Yep would echo Grendel's comments above. They're pretty good with a number of stores throughout the country. I'd imagine your knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport would be put to good use too.

not as much criticism as others, OOK!, and it's always going to be a vociferous minority anyway.

It's a solid brand, and if you really want to know the finances (what level of job are you being offered?) then go to Companies House.

Thanks for all the input folks. Job would be in shop side of things, with, as I mentioned, the poss of travelling to set up expos, etc. A bit of foreign travel would be nice, eh!
