Linky didn't work for me, but yes, he is proper afleet-looking, which is why the before photo was such a gem when it popped up in Facebook.

I've shed a few stone myself, but the seven chins pics have disappeared in the mists of time, thankfully!

Zakerly, rest time ! I got back into silly commuter racing to work on the bike for the last week and half and it knackered me, century rides  and cake stops are much more relaxed.  Tubed in the last two days and feel much less dead. Got your chain spares sorted ?

commuter racing eh, very brave.  yeah, new chain fixed and i got the indexing properly sorted so as not to stress teh chain again.  no problems when i went out last week around the chilterns.  got myself two chainlinks too just in case. 

back the awards - perhaps we need the best facial award?

ok, so i have the best improver, fastest bloke and novice shields, its just the lady one that Monique won that we need.

i know she posted on the forum asking what to do with it last week, but does anyone know what has actually happened about it?
