Here's an update from my race which didn't really go to plan because I slipped over a manhole cover on Thursday and really jarred my back & neck.
No pb for me today and I've not got a personal worst either. I found today really hard going in fact it was tougher than my marathon last year. I did the first k in about 7 min between 3 & 4k I was in a fair amount of pain with my back and was determined not to walk because it would prolong the time on my feet. In the end I came home in 32:42.
