I use Superfeet, which look similar although they don't have the heat-mouldable thingy. They've been a godsend, and at £30 much cheaper than custom made orthos.
They offer a 90day money back guarantee, so I'd be tempted to give them a shot, unless you have very bad biomechanical problems, in which case I'd take advice from a podiatrist or physio.
My physio recommended something very similar to me - 'Formthotics' I was having foot/ankle problems due to a fallen arch in my left foot. The injury now seems better and the insoles certainly seem to be making a difference. I can feel them keeping my feet in line as I run. Still don't know whether I could achieve the same by simply changing my running shoes to a type with more stability...
Anyway, at £25 I consider these to be a good investment.
Both my husband and I have used them. Although I think they are rather too firm for my liking, the other half think they are really good and prefer them over custom made orthotics. And they are less dear - which is a good thing!

Having said that, I am hoping that by doing a significant amount of calf stretches my 'stiff feet' problem will go away...
oursole? ars*hole? gedddit?
I'll get my coat...

Hope your injury clears up soon
Just size up your shoes to accommodate them.
