Hmm - my medium length runs are to something like the Black eyed Peas, or Bob Marley, and I save my longer runs for people like Neil Finn, or to be a bit more modern, James Blunt.
I just pile 200 odd songs onto a 1GB player, listen through a few times and then put some different ones one. Last few days have been Neil Young, Nick Drake and The Stranglers.
Thanks, URR, I was pleased as he beat me by a long way just before Christmas! I wondered if I'd see you and Mike B there today, but it was a long long way away.
CPro16: Absolutely Fan bloddytastic! Serious gongery that is, well done mate.
MP3s? Music to die for. Hammering along with the beat for your feet, not noticing the Scania that is going to do for ya.
No thanks. Maybe in a gym it has its place. I'll blast a few up tempo CDs on the way to a race, just to get my head into gear. However I never seem to pull the music into my head when I'm racing.
Bed now, it's been a long day. 9 miles (at least 8.5) tomorrow required for the mileage. Why? Training, training, training.

Really great runs from Spans and John Pepper!
Are you coming down for the Nationals in Feb?? If not, be good to meet up in June, anyway. I hope all is well with you.
