From the beginning of my run this morning, I had cramp in my calf. I decided to run through it, and it fluctuated between irritating and horrible for the duration of the run. I've never experienced it before. Could it have been caused by the tighter-than-usual strapping on my knee? It didn't seem to be restricting circulation, but I wonder if it might have been putting a bit too much pressure on the muscle. Any thoughts, anyone?
