(What's the betting mine's one of the one's who won't prescribe it ?!)
I was actually prescribed Becotide-100,2 puffs twice daily.
But when I went to the chemist they said it had been withdrawn from the market due to impurities!
They phoned my Dr,then gave me Becotide-200 instead,1 puff twice daily
Let me get this straight...IF I tell people, I can no longer vacuum, clean, etc., due to breathing problems, SOMEONE ELSE will do it. Yeah.
Major thunderstorms moved through the area last night, but just drizzly while running. They are suppose to build back up this evening, with tornado conditions.
David - Well done on the run. Have you considered putting your shoes in a special place so you do not have to look for them everytime?

Starting to clear up house, but I do it in easy stages then it doesn't suddenly look so bare. Today it's the turn of the Xmas cards, those get cut up into labels for next year's prezzies. In fact, I need to go get started on that right now.

Well, I anticipate lots of change this year therefore I will be very pleased if I can be consistent in my training, build up and keep running throughout the year with no injuries. I want to cross-train too with swimming and biking as I'd like to think 2007 will see me conquer an Ironman!
At least one marathon probably near October 2006 and a few 10k's and halves along the way.
I want a year of good solid running having not been able to do that int he second half of 2005.
