Eevery time I am like "ok I am gonna give them an ass-kickin this time", but i wind down the window and the words don't come.
"hi officer. Oh a random check? oh that's no problem, chilly night isnt it?"
Guess I never get angry enough, just mildly ticked off.
i've been close to arrested for mild huffyness with 'em in London
mind you
in parts of America
they handcuff you and bend you over the bonnet just to check your licence
(well that was what my brother claimed was happening in the photo anyhow)

i am more than moderately annoyed with my brother

i remember now
especially as Alex has mentioned curry
and i am on diet which precludes all but v occasional curry
and then when it arrives from local takeaway i have to divide it into three
otherwise it blows my entire calorie allocation for the week ;-)
i might start a "how dare you mention curry!?" thread
Thanks for this thread Alex, it's so reassuring to know I'm not the only one who doesn't get annoyed easily.
There's no point really, is there? I mean it's a bit stoopid of people to get to the bottom or top of an escalator and then just stop dead, but I wouldn't yell at them, unlike some people.
And I got slightly ticked off that I'd bought some nice-but-lycra cycling shorts from Lidl, when Aldi are doing more normal looking shorts (with padding) next week.

Forgot to say that whoever mentioned the practice of removing teeth to avoid dental charges was right; it was quite common in both England and Scotland, not sure about Wales.

Swalec are increasing their prices from 1st May. That is annoying, but I won't be mildly enraged for long ... I do like Rich Tea biscuits, takes the sting out of it all.
