Guys, Help!
Am supposed to run Kingston 16 today but have ear infection (pain etc) so don't really feel I can run safely. I am preparing for FLM and have recently done 16, 18 & 20 miles for my last few long runs. Am aiming for "get you round" rather than a time do you think I should still be OK if do 14 next week once ear better? Realise this is rather a pathetic post but thought I'd ask the night owls as am up with a hot pack on my ear.
