Sorry I've not been around much - life keeps getting in the way........
Not sure what time I'll be getting there on the big day - ams staying with friends the night before - but will be there a.s.a.p.
We'll have a big '2 sign up which the lovely Rich is preparing, so hopefully you will all see us in good time.
Also, if you not aware, there is a forum gathering afterwards at The Thistle HOtel in Whitcomb Street which is to the left of The National Gallery at the top of Trafalgar Square. Hope some of you can make it back there afterwards.
I assume that means if we are physically capable of still moving?

My friend Helen wants to come to London to watch me and was very excited about the prospect of watching with others and helping out in some way. I hope this is OK. I have given her RichK's website address and she may be in touch with him. I have an email for her if either of you were able to email her in advance just to let her know what time you are arriving etc. She is willing to do anything needed. Our group only has 3 allocated supporters so hoped that you might want another pair of hands.
Head into Trafalgar Square (the Mall leads into it through Admiralty Arch and head for north west corner.

What is the best way to put letters on a charity vest? In all pictures I look at they seem to be proper letters as opposed to pen which was going to be my solution- any tips?

Just got my last speed session tomorrow, and a 4 mile jog on Wednesday before I head off to London to get my number.
