...I would like to say a big "thank you" to all those who organised the supporters at Mudchute so well, particularly RichK and Moomoo (apologies if I've missed anyone else obvious). It was my first year supporting and I had a brilliant time. It was fantastic to catch up with a few peeps I haven't seen for a while and meet some new forumites. What an atmosphere, even in the rain!!
And, of course, congratulations to all of you running. It was wonderful to see you and to feel a part of your successes.

And a fun day (even if a little scary watching how even good runners can fade .... I'm a poor runner with 2 weeks to my marathon!!)
Thanks too to whoever gave me a hug at Mile 17!
Thankyou for all the support
It really made a difference to me

(My ankle went the previous week & I inadvisedly went for a run on Saturday evening (the weather was so nice, I couldn't stay in the gym...). Was hobbling Sunday morning & coupled with starting a new job today, felt that I shouldn't push it.)
Watched it all on tv & even thought I saw some of you finishing.
I'll be there yelling & cheering next week.

As I was dying at mile 13 I just kept thinking about making it to mile 17.
Max's hug was all that was needed to see me through!
You guys inspired me!
Many, many thanks. I wouldn't have made it without you!
Many thanks to Rich K (who ran as well as doing so much of the organising), Moomoo and Barley - and to all of the supporters (group 3 in particular!).
