ah well. i've learned something today.
still hoping to make this race. been a bit scuppered by injury and other stuff the last few months, so might just treat it as a run and not a race.
it's the taking part that counts!

Still not sure about running yet. Took me 47 minutes to do 4.2 miles today :-((
