Chi Running Workshop London

Hi,

My broadband died just as I was booking this workshop...and now it's sold out.

If you have a place you now can't use, I'd love to take your place and pay you the cost of the workshop (assuming of course that the organisers will allow a substitute).

Hope someone can help :-)

Cheers, Heckenhocker

  • I don't have a place, but strongly recommend the book and DVD.
  • thanks jd - I have the book, and gave it a go over the last couple of days. DVD will be the next stop if I don't get a place :-)

How long have you been doing chi-running?
  • I loved the book and DVD. They've made a huge difference to my running - a recurring knee injury gives me much less hassle now, and I find it a lot easier to go for longer - although I've not got any faster unfortunately! The DVD is particularly good.

I'm going to the workshop next weekend, having signed up for it back in May just after getting the book and DVD. Really looking forward to it.
  • Met Danny at the expo at Chicago in Oct 2004. Gradually introduced the focusses over the intervening period.
Very true that you have to adapt slowly, but have continued with a stream of PBs in recent times (and I have been running for 20yrs!!)
