Ummm Fred, contrary to offending me you have actually done what I hoped you would do but was too afraid to suggest lest I offend you :-)
I think the thread is getting a bit 'busy' with off-topic chat and the clubhouse is the better place for it. I am mindful of how many 'newbies' enjoyed coming to the thread because of the running related good vibes on there and feel several of us, whilst still being able to contibute to this, have struck up more than just a 'running friendship' and want to chat about loads of other stuff ... so Em is right ... this is where we should come for that.
Please just make sure you both (and anyone else who comes here) keep up the inspirational chat on the main thread too though or it is going to get really dull without you :-)
did I mention I was a stalker?????
