Have had a lingering cold since the week after the 2002 GNR.Been taking 1000mg Vit C,3x day,healthy diet and even sucumbed to a 2 week rest,but after gently returning back to training 3 times a week still feel dreadful.Should I still be running( doing the Stamford relay on sunday) or any tips or advice from you clever lot.
