jeeze it's quiet in here - it's at times like these that you begin to suspect that everybody else has a life and you are the only one at home fiddling with your keyboard.
Didn't get fish'n'chips. Kids all voted for spaghetti and meatballs (apart from Angelmouse, who is having spaghetti and broccoli). So I get spaghetti and broccoli with some tomato sauce and Quorn mince. It'll do.
Managed to get run, though. I got changed and out as soon as I arrived home, pelted out 5 kilometres, and was back ten minutes before the old man had to go out. And was he grateful? And did he comment on how fast I must have gone, and how streamlined I looked in my fancy running kit, and how I must need a drink and he had just poured me one? Or did he scowl and say "You've done more than three miles, haven't you?" When I think of all the men I might have married...
The kids are all bathed and in the process of feeding their faces. I might let the DVD player do some babysitting.
Bread is Heaven Bread is Heaven Feed me now and evermore...
Yup, can engage with that.
Enjoy your work, EP. I shall be asleep by the time your bread is ready, but am reminded that I must defrost some butter so that the children and I can make heart-shaped biscuits tomorrow for them to take to school.

EP - great piccie btw !!
I'm off to play with the children. The game is called "I'm the mummy in this house and you lot are going to bed".
You seem to have had a good day.
I went to the gym for the first time in three months and I enjoyed it. Just shows how much you can change in a short period of time.
Just over 1 hour of CV work. I am going to see if muscles work tomorrow with a few (very light) weights.
Good to be back!
