Hi folks just got my nike+ only done 2 runs on it!! But I love it. Would love to take part in a challenge, am trying to get the miles back up for Loch Ness Marathon after the training plan going to pot
I find I can only do about 2 midweek runs and a LR at weekend anymore than that and my legs complain!!! They seem to work better with rest!!! So my mileage in the last few months has been crap, but would love to attempt to do more though so a bit of a challenge would be good just to see.
