The swim is 2.20, the bike is 10.30 hrs .... and 17 for the whole lot .. with no midway bike one I should be ok!

My cunning plan to EPO myself up to the eyeballs has gone awry anyway - just had an email from IMDE to say that they will be dopetesting all competitors now.

And anyway - I just can't see how Evening Primrose Oil can have much of an effect on you...

Weather in Germany looks a bit pants this week - highs in the low twenties - so much better than we had last year when it was the thirties. I remember just sending emails with sweat dripping off me !
