but all you actually need is the motor cortex, so don't worry about it - sensory & executive functions are probably not to be recommended for successful ultradistance running.

Having my teeth cleaned at the dentist was painful yesterday - much worse than 50k. Think I prefer a gradual steady pain to a short sharp pain.
i told her that it hurt and she said it was not doing anything unless it hurt
"but", i said, "i don't have an injury!!"
so that's one of my reasons for being sceptical about the therapeutic value of massage
that causes swelling behind the knee
