As for the 50k, trying to think of it as a mara with a warm-down. I'm just glad that for the most part TLD went well for everyone - it certainly gave me a kick up the butt for motivation
will that do?
if it is just callus - which is quite likely since you have just put your feet through a major trauma - then use a file rather than a pumice stone, i think they are a bit yuc, sat by your bath, full of dead skin, festering away in the warm and damp of your bathroom. files can be washed
anyway - send me a picture and i will do my best from that
if they hurt when you squeeze from the sides they are likely to be verrucae, and they can have little black dots on them - which is it's blood supply

i am not going to take up cycling.
it is boring.
i am just doing this with a friend who got badly squashed on the last one but is back on his bike now & raising funds for the hospital which helped him.
