the county down inter schools cross country championships, now i'm through to the ulster schools championships.

i feel good.

might do the half.you going? i didn't read all of the posts on the conne thread.......it seems to be encroaching on a lot and that deterred me.

i'm running in a relay team in the belfast mara, i think i have a ten mile leg to do there, to make up for a slower/less fit member of our team.

how'd you do in the ulsters belfast phil? what age range do you run? are you into the all irelands?
just curious
i got 5th in the intermediate boys which i'm happy with and will in dublin on saturday
i know of two people not at the ulsters who would of beaten me though so its really 7th....

Not too sure what district it counts as i think its E its the one with B.R.A ,St malacys and malone college. i go to belfast royal academy (b.r.a). do you go to any running clubs?
