he ain't heavy..................

this shall be a thread begun with points and statements/wuestions.

Stetement1. you can't be too heavy for running

Questions 1. so training weights could be detrimental then?

S2. light weights and low reps don't add muscle mass, they increase tone and density of muscle fibre.

Q2. so how heavy is too heavy to lift?

S3. weights will stunt your growth.

Q3. how come american research has shown light weights training in youth has "positive results"?(yes, the effects listed were really that vague)
