6.4 mile run - 67 mins - that's the furthest I've gone - non stop - since 6th December..... av HR 178 - the same as on Friday last week when I did 12 min miles for a whole 2.4 miles

(it's also day 3 of taking a nutritional trace element / amino acid supplement designed to help cope with overtraining / increase oxygen uptake on a cellular level / reduce lactic acid.....coincidence - don't care - just chuffed)
