Tbh this "Road Tax" issue isn't helped by literature.
But I do believe that it has been re-phrased and corrected now.
Too much aggression on the road between motorist and cyclist, where is the understanding that power gives way to lesser means ie Walkers, horses and cyclists
Also, why are cars getting wider, roads were not built on current dimensions of vehicles
