I am currently watching a film that starts with a funeral, a big funeral. It has Jeff Goldblum in it. They are playing The Stones, Can't Always Get What You Want, or whatever it's called, off the album with the cake and bicycle tyre on the front. I always preferred the one with the toilet seat on the front.
Probably need to re-acquaint myself.

I did a real run tonight, outside in the cold and everything.
Admittedly, it was only 3 miles.
Have to wait and see how my body reacts, will I ache, will I tighten up, will my back ache when I lie down, will my sciatic nerve burn when I drive?
I am thinking not.
this time I think I may have waited long enough!
now all I have to do is lose all the weight I put on, get my fitness back and build up my mileage again.
Or just start random off road running.
The Jeff G film is dire, I'm watching QI.
I always liked the off road rampages.
Find my soul again.
that or go surfing, as one of my College friends once said, you need to go surfing, find your middle.
I can't deal with winter waves anymore.
I need to lose weight and get it all working again, I don't want 2014 to be the year I was too fat/old to catch a wave.
I really don't.
Need to start building mileage up again, need to loose weight and be fit for May.
