I am doing a Marathon in Jan 2007. I am have done the GNR 4 times and thought it was time to step up to the big stuff! Times range from 1 hr 30 to 1 hr 42. Any good schedules out their? I currently run around 25-30 miles a week.

Any info would be greatly appreciated


  • Hal Higdons is apparantly a good one ( There's a thread on the training forum for shades marathon training plan too. i used this one for my first marathon and got round in 3hrs49 so think it's well worth contacting her for that.
